August 4 | Intro to Short Rows
Learn the basics of German, Japanese, and wrap & turn short rows to create smooth shaping for socks, sweaters, shawls, and more.
August 11 | Intro to Lace Knitting
Turn yarn overs into beautiful, intentional lace patterns while learning the decreases and techniques that make lace designs come to life.
August 18 | Intro to Stranded Colorwork
Work with two colors at once to create eye-catching motifs while learning tips for managing floats, master color dominance and handle your strands two handed or one handed.
August 25 | Intro to Cabling
Create beautiful twists and braided textures using simple cable techniques that add depth and interest to any project.
Please bring:
Medium (#4/Worsted) or Light (#3/DK) weight yarn
US 6–8 knitting needles (or the size recommended for your yarn)

August 12 | Tunisian Crochet *
Often described as the bridge between knitting and crochet, Tunisian crochet creates a beautifully textured fabric unlike either craft.
August 19 | Brioche Crochet
Learn this wonderfully squishy technique that creates lofty texture and reversible colorwork.
August 26 | Beyond Basic Granny Squares
Take the classic granny square to the next level with multiple colors, textured stitches, and modern design variations.

Medium (#4/worsted weight) or Light (#3/DK) yarn
4-5 mm crochet hook
For the Tunisian Crochet workshop:
Please bring a Tunisian crochet hook if you have one. If not, a regular crochet hook (without an ergonomic grip) will work for the class, though a Tunisian hook is recommended for larger projects.
